A deposit is required at the time of registration. All trips must be paid in full no later than 120 days prior to the adventure's start date. If you cancel more than 120 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 120 and 91 days before the start date will be eligible for a 75% refund. If you cancel between 90 and 61 days before the start date, a 50% refund will be provided. Cancellations made within 60 days of the start date are non-refundable. It may be possible to reschedule your adventure; please refer to our rescheduling policy for further information. For private photo adventures, full payment is due 150 days before the start date, and these bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel but would like to attend a future adventure, you can opt to reschedule rather than cancel. If you choose to reschedule more than 120 days before the start date, your payment can be transferred to another adventure without any additional fee. Rescheduling between 120 and 61 days prior to the start date will incur a $400 / £400 fee, while rescheduling within 60 days of the start date is not allowed. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not apply to private adventures.

In exceptional cases where there are concerns about safety due to political instability, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the adventure. Should this occur, you may either accept the new dates or apply your full payment towards a different adventure.

If we need to cancel an adventure due to low enrolment or other reasons, you will have the following options: (a) transfer to another adventure during the same period, (b) transfer to the same adventure at a later date, (c) transfer to a different adventure at a later date, (d) accept a special offer, or (e) request a full refund. If you choose to reschedule, we will adjust your dates and provide up to a $300 flight change fee credit to help with any costs associated with changing your flight.

We may need to adjust hotel accommodations depending on availability and pricing. Your package does not cover alcoholic beverages, unscheduled meals, transportation to and from our destinations, airport transfers, travel insurance, or any optional excursions you choose to book independently or with the group. Breakfast is typically included unless it is not part of the hotel package.

All accommodations are based on double occupancy, which is standard for the industry. If you prefer a private room, please select the private room/single supplement option.

Please note that due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may need to alter the events and schedule outlined in the itinerary. The safety of everyone remains our top priority.

Your financial security is guaranteed, and you are covered by stringent British travel industry regulations and UK legislation throughout your trip. Your consumer rights are fully protected by the EU Package Travel Regulations that govern the sale and operation of every trip we organise. To comply with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTRs) and to protect you financially, we have business insolvency insurance, which ensures you are refunded if our business cannot deliver the promised services.
